MP23DB02MM MEMS Microphone

STMicroelectronics MP23DB02MM Micro-Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) Microphone is an ultra-compact and low-power omnidirectional digital MEMS microphone. This microphone is built with a capacitive sensing element and an IC interface with an optional stereo configuration. The MP23DB02MM MEMS audio-sensor offers multiple performance modes including power-down, low-power, and normal mode enabled by different clock frequency ranges. This device features a narrow sensitivity range of ±1dB, high Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR), and low-distortion for all operative modes. Typical applications include smartphones, laptops, digital still and video cameras, notebook computers, wearable devices, and antitheft systems.
