Vishay eSMP SlimSMAW TMBS Rectifiers are RoHS compliant and available in an AEC-Q101 qualified version. Typical applications include high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection in commercial, industrial, and automotive applications.
