TPD1E01B04 ESD Protection Diode EVMs

Texas Instruments TPD1E01B04 ESD Protection Diode Evaluation Modules (EVMs) are used to evaluate the TPD1E01B04, an ESD protection diode for USB Type-C™ and Thunderbolt 3. The TPD1E01B04EVM is designed for use with the TPD1E01B04DPL. The TPD1E01B04DPYEVM is designed for use with the TPD1E01B04DPY. These evaluation modules each contain six Texas Instruments TPD1E01B04 devices. One TPD1E01B04 (D6) is configured with two SMA connectors (J1 and J2) for two-port analysis with a vector network analyzer. The other five TPD1E01B04 devices (D1-D5) are configured with test points for striking ESD to the protection pins.
