SN74AC7541/SN74AC7541-Q1 Octal Buffers

Texas Instruments SN74AC7541/SN74AC7541-Q1 Octal Buffers include open-drain CMOS outputs. All channels can be simultaneously driven into the high-impedance state using either of the output enabled inputs. These buffers offer 11ns maximum tpd at 5V, 50pF load, and 24mA continuous output drive at 5V. The SN74AC7541-Q1 buffers are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications with device temperature grade 1 (-40°C to 125°C). These SN74AC7541/SN74AC7541-Q1 buffers are used to drive an indicator LED and in level-shifting using open-drain outputs.
