DRV10987 3-Phase Sensorless BLDC Motor Drivers

Texas Instruments DRV10987 50W, 12V to 24V, 3-Phase Sensorless BLDC Motor Drivers use a 180° sinusodial motor driver integrated with power MOSFETs, offering continuous drive current up to 2A. Operating at an ambient temperature of -40°C to 125°C, the device distributes current to the motor with a low supply voltage of 6.2V. Protection features encompass Overcurrent Protection when the power supply voltage is higher than 28V, Lock Detection that detects rotor lock condition, and Anti-voltage Surge (AVS) Protection.
