Micro Quadlok System (MQS) Auto Connectors

TE Connectivity's (TE) Micro Quadlok System (MQS) Auto Connectors utilize a 2.54mm centerline for applications in motor vehicles where vibration and mechanical stress are a concern. TE's MQS includes the positive features of existing contact systems, including high packing density, a high load of current-carrying capacity, robust design, and safe handling. The receptacle contacts and pin contacts are able to be inserted safely into the contact cavity and latch in with a clear click. The receptacle makes contact with four contact points on a 0.63mm x 0.63mm pin contact and reaches a current-carrying capacity of up to 7.5A at +80°C.
