Test Probe Cable Assemblies

TE Connectivity's (TE) Test Probe Cable Assemblies for RF Switch Connectors measure the electrical characteristics of microwave circuits and test signals in RF transmission lines. The cable assemblies feature three RF switch Connector options: SWG-type, SWD/SWF-type, and SWJ-type, compatible with other RF products. After connecting the probe to the RF switch connector, TE test probe cable assemblies provide a captive right-angle probe. The cable assemblies offer up to an 11GHz high-frequency performance and a 50Ω overall impedance. The cable assemblies are ideal for RF switch circuit testing, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and industrial applications.
