T2035H-8 20A 800V Triacs

STMicroelectronics T2035H-8 20A 800V Triacs are ideal for a compact drive of heavy AC loads and enable heatsink size reduction. Each device is based on the ST Snubberless high-temperature technology. TS035H-8 Triacs offer higher specified turn-off commutation and noise immunity levels up to the T_j max. Each device safely optimizes the control of the hardest universal motors, heaters, and inductive loads for industrial control and home appliances.
