SM6FxAY TVS Diodes

STMicroelectronics SM6FxAY Transient-Voltage-Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are designed to protect sensitive automotive circuits against surges defined in ISO 7637-2 and electrostatic discharges according to ISO 10605. These diodes incorporate planar technology, making them compatible with sophisticated circuits where low leakage current and high junction temperature are required for long-term reliability and stability. The SM6FxAY diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and unidirectional. These TVS diodes offer protection with a stand-off voltage range of 5V to 36V, ensuring the safety of sensitive automotive circuits against potential damage.

600W TVS Diodes

STMicroelectronics 600W TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) Diodes are designed to protect sensitive equipment against Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and Electrical Over-Stress (EOS). These devices feature a fast response time and a peak pulse power of 600W (10/1000μs). Featuring Planar Technology, these TVS devices are ideal for high-end equipment and Switched Mode Power Supply (SMPS) applications where low leakage current and high junction temperature are required to provide long-term reliability and stability. Their low clamping voltages provides a high safety margin to protect sensitive circuits with extended life time expectancy. STMicroelectronics 600W TVS Diodes also feature a maximum junction Temperature (TJ) rating of +175°C, ensuring protection in high temperatures and harsh environments.
