ROHM Semiconductor BD9xxN1-C Fixed/Adjustable Output Nano Cap™ LDO Regulators are linear regulators that use the Nano CapTM topology. These are designed as low-current consumption products for power supplies in various automotive applications that require a direct connection to the battery. These products are designed for up to 45V as an absolute maximum voltage and operate up to 150mA for the output current. The devices have low current consumption of 28μA (Typ). They can regulate the output with a very high accuracy of ±2.0%.
