QPA2811 Power Amplifiers

Qorvo QPA2811 Power Amplifiers are high-power, packaged X-Band MMIC amplifiers fabricated using 0.15μm GaN-on-SiC process (QGaN15). These amplifiers operate from 8.5GHz to 10.55GHz frequency range and offer 48.9dBm saturated output power and 27.9dB of large-signal gain with a power-added efficiency of 48.5%. The QPA2811 amplifiers are packaged in a 7mm x 7mm 48-pin plastic overmolded package. These power amplifiers support a variety of operating conditions to the best support system requirements. These amplifiers are fully matched to 50Ω with DC-grounded RF ports for optimum performance and are ideal for military radar systems.
