The QPA0004 is a reconfigurable Gallium Nitride MMIC power amplifier operating in S-Band and X-Band. In S-Band, it provides 9W saturated power over the 3.1HGz to 3.5GHz frequency range. In X-Band, it provides 8W saturated power from 9GHz to 11GHz.
