NXU0101 1-Bit Dual-Supply Buffer/Level Translators

Nexperia NXU0101 1-Bit Dual-Supply Buffer/Level Translators are designed to facilitate communication between different voltage domains. These Nexperia translators feature a Schmitt-trigger input and a 3-state output, making the devices suitable for asynchronous data transfer. NXU0101 supports a wide supply voltage range from 0.9V to 5.5V for both VCCA and VCCB, allowing translation between various voltage levels, such as 1.2V, 1.8V, 3.3V, and 5.0V. With a maximum data rate of 250Mbps for translations between 1.8V and 5V, the NXU0101 ensures high-speed performance. These components also include an output enable (OE) pin that can be referenced to either VCCA or VCCB, providing flexibility in design. The Nexperia NXU0101 translators are designed for low power consumption, with a typical current draw of 3µA at +25°C. Additionally, the devices feature IOFF circuitry to prevent a backflow current when powered down, ensuring reliable operation in partial power-down applications.
