Leaded & Leadless Zener Diodes

Nexperia Leaded and Leadless Zener Diodes are general-purpose diodes that offer compact voltage regulation for high-density circuits. These Nexperia Zener diodes operate at a wide 2.4V to 36V voltage range and are available in a comprehensive range of packages and power dissipation options. The Zener diodes act as voltage regulator diodes in most electronic applications. The broad AEC-Q101 qualified portfolio includes both Japanese and European selection groups in a wide variety of voltage, package, and configuration options. The comprehensive selection guide (±1500 product types) gives the option of customized designs on a small scale and high-density circuit designs. Nexperia Leaded and Leadless Zener Diodes are used in applications such as overvoltage protection, general regulation, and voltage reference functions.
