MPC8313E PowerQUICC™ II Pro Processors

NXP´s MPC8313E family extends the capabilities of the PowerQUICC™ II Pro processor with higher CPU performance, added functionality, and faster interfaces. These NXP devices feature an embedded PowerPC™ e300 processor core that operates at up to 333 MHz and a 16-/32-bit interface that supports a DDR1 and DDR2 memory controller. High-performance peripherals include a 32-bit PCI interface with up to 66 MHz operation, 16-bit enhanced local bus interface with up to 66 MHz operation, and USB 2.0 with an on-chip PHY. The MPC8313E family offers a high-degree of software compatibility with previous-generation PowerQUICC-based designs for backward compatibility and easy software migration.
