NXP Semiconductors MMA865x Xtrinsic 3-Axis, Digital Accelerometers are 12-bit (MMA8652FC) and 10-bit (MMA8653FC) low-power, low-noise accelerometers that offer a wide range of performance for portable devices. At only 2mm x 2mm, they have a 56 percent smaller volume than previous NXP accelerometers, and with a 1mm height are ideal for low-profile applications.
