MPLADxxKP TVS Diodes

Microchip Technology MPLADxxKP Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS) Diodes are designed to minimize thermal resistance and cumulative heating. These MPLAD diodes are 18kW and 36kW rated and available in both uni-directional and bi-directional construction. The MPLADxxKP TVS diodes feature high-power, high-reliability with wafer fabrication, low capacitance signal protection, and low-profile SMD/SMT package. These MPLADxxKP diodes meet a multi-stroke lightning standard RTCA DO-160, section-22 for aircraft design. Typical applications include military, medical equipment, telecommunications, lighting, and automotive load dump protection.
