They offer 600W at 1ms peak power and a working peak reverse voltage range of 5.8V to 171V (unidirectional) and 9.4V to 70.1V (bidirectional). The standard breakdown voltage range is 6.45V to 210V (unidirectional) and 10.5V to 86.1V (bidirectional). Littelfuse SZP6SMB 600W TVS Diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable.
