Electrical Vehicle AC Chargers

Lightning strikes, inductive load switching, and ESD cause electrical over-stresses associated with the transmission on data lines and electronic circuits. Offered in a variety of surface mount and through-hole circuit board mounting formats, the TVS Diode portfolio includes high peak pulse current and peak pulse power options up to 20kA and 30kW, respectively. Littelfuse TVS Diodes are chosen for the fast response time (low clamping voltage), lower capacitance, and low leakage current. Littelfuse SMAJ TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) 400W Diodes are surface-mount diodes designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. These diodes offer 400W peak pulse power capability at 10µs x 1000µs waveform. Littelfuse SMAJ diodes feature a fast response time, typically less than 1.0ps from 0V to V_BR minimum.
