RN73R-2E Ultra-Precision Thin Film Resistors

KOA Speer RN73R-2E Ultra-Precision Thin Film Resistors feature high heat resistance up to +155°C and an ultra-high precision tolerance (±0.05%). KOA Speer RN73R-2E Thin Film Resistors offer enhanced moisture resistance (+85°C ±2°C, 85% ±5% RH, 1000 hours) by the use of a special protective layer over resistive film construction. RN73R2E resistors also feature a power rating of 0.25W and TCR values of ±10 to ±100ppm/°C. The series is AEC-Q200 qualified and is available with lead-free terminations to meet EU RoHS requirements.

RN73R Metal Film Flat Chip Resistors

KOA Speer RN73R Metal Film Flat Chip Resistors are designed to meet the demands of high-heat and high-moisture applications. These KOA Speer resistors provide improved electrolytic corrosion resistance and high stability compared to existing RN73 thin film resistors. RN73R offers high heat tolerance with a -55°C to +155°C operating temperature range. The resistors feature a rated ambient temperature of +85°C and improved moisture tolerance of 85% for 1000 hours at 85°C.
