SnPb Termination Commercial SMT ≤250V Capacitors

KEMET SnPb Termination Commercial SMT ≤250V Capacitors are designed to meet the needs of critical applications where tin/lead end metallization is required. These KEMET MLCCs are available in C0G, X7R, and X5R dielectrics with capacitance values up to 22µF and case sizes ranging from EIA 0402 to 2225.

Ceramic Capacitors

Ceramics are non-polar devices that offer unsurpassed volumetric efficiency, delivering high capacitance in small package sizes. Available in a wide range of sizes, KEMET High CV MLCCs offer very low equivalent series resistance (ESR), exhibit excellent high-frequency characteristics, and are very reliable. MLCCs are monolithic devices that consist of laminated layers of specially formulated ceramic dielectric materials interspersed with a metal electrode system. The layered formation is then fired at a high temperature to produce a sintered and volumetrically efficient capacitance device. A conductive termination barrier system is integrated into the exposed ends of the chip to complete the connection. 

Commercial ≤250V MLCCs

KEMET Commercial ≤250V MLCCs offer various form factors, dielectrics, case sizes, up to 250VDC voltage, and capacitance values to give designers solutions for every possible application. These MLCCs from KEMET are available in C0G, U2J, X7R, X5R, Y5V, and Z5U dielectrics with capacitance values up to 100uF and case sizes ranging from EIA 0201 to 2225. Form factors include two-terminal surface-mount MLCCs, arrays, axial, and radial leaded termination options, including those with Sn and SnPb terminations.

Group Switch Tank Converter Products

YAGEO Group (KEMET, YAGEO, Pulse) Switch Tank Converter (STC) Products are high-efficiency, high-density converters designed for non-isolated DC-DC applications. KEMET Commercial "L" SnPb Termination C0G ≤250V MLCCs are Class I dielectrics designed to meet applications requiring tin/lead end metallization. Available in ten case sizes ranging from 6.3VDC to 250VDC, these fixed, temperature-stable dielectrics meet 5% minimum lead content requirements while operating between -55° and +125°C. The KEMET "L" series ceramic MLCCs excel when used in bypass or decoupling applications and frequency-discriminating circuits that do not prioritize Q and capacitance stability of characteristics. These surface-mount capacitors range from 10pF up to 22µF.
