The PSoC 6 is based on an ultra-low-power 40nm process technology and provides a dual-core ARM® Cortex®-M architecture. PSOC™ 61 Entry-Level Microcontrollers

Infineon Technologies PSOC™ 61 Entry-Level Microcontrollers are produced based on an ultra-low power 40nm platform. The PSOC 61 features an Arm® Cortex®-M4 CPU, with low-power flash technology, programmable digital and analog resources, and CAPSENSE™ technology for touch and proximity applications. The platform architecture incorporates security features, including hardware cryptographic accelerators, memory, and peripheral protection units.
