Fanstel BM15x Nordic nRF54 Based Modules are robust, highly flexible, ultra-low-power BLUETOOTH^® Low Energy (BLE) modules utilizing Nordic nRF54L15 or nRF54L05 SoCs. The BM15x features an Arm^® Cortex^® M33 MCU at 128MHz, up to 1.524MB flash, an embedded 2.4GHz multi-protocol transceiver, up to 256KB RAM, and an integrated PCB trace antenna or a connection for an external antenna. These features enable quicker market time and reduced development costs.
