Euromag (EM) PCB Terminal Blocks

Eaton Electronics Euromag (EM) PCB Terminal Blocks come in a variety of terminal options for easy connection with wire-entry orientations to solve wire routing issues. The majority of wire-to-board applications can be easily met with the EuroMag configurations including straight-to-board, plug and header, screwless, insulation displacement connectors (IDC), 2-tiered, 3-tiered, mold-to-length, modular (stackable) design, and terminal blocks with horizontal, vertical, 35 & 45 degree wire entry orientations. Both modular and mold-to-length designs in each terminal block constructions allow for the exact number of poles to be installed and specified. Available center spacings range from 2.54mm to 15.00mm and wire ratings from 2-24AWG accommodate applications up to 600V.

Battery Management Systems

Eaton provides a wide portfolio of products for Battery Management Systems (BMS), including terminal blocks, fuses, supercapacitors, chokes, inductors, and more. Battery Management Systems monitor individual cells, system voltage, current, and temperature. When monitoring individual cells, the BMS balances voltages and regulates the current flow, and if the upper or lower voltage, current, or temperature limit is exceeded, the BMS temporarily disconnects the load or source. Eaton Battery Management Systems estimate the State of Health (SoH), State of Charge (SoC), State of Energy (SoE), and State of Power (SoP) in batteries.
