TPSMF4Lx SMD Transient Voltage Suppressor Diodes

Diotec Semiconductor TPSMF4Lx SMD Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes offer a very fast response time in a low-profile package. These diodes feature 400W peak pulse power (10µs/1000µs waveform), 0.5W steady-state power dissipation (TA = 50°C), and 50A at 60Hz (8.3ms) peak forward surge current. The TPSMF4Lx suppressor diodes are available in unidirectional versions and are UL 94V-0 rated. These diodes are ideal for over-voltage protection, ESD protection, free‑wheeling diodes, commercial and industrial‑grade applications, and AEC-Q101-compliant or qualified.
