Diotec Semiconductor DI280N10TL N-Channel Power MOSFET is a 100V drain-source voltage (V_DSS) N-channel power MOSFET in a compact, space-saving HSOF-8 package. It comes with a 280A continuous drain current (I_D) and 375W power dissipation (P_tot). The device offers a low drain-source on-state resistance of 1.6mΩ typical (V_GS=10V I_D=50A). The Diotec Semiconductor DI280N10TL is ideal for DC/DC converters, power supplies, DC drives, and power tool applications.

Advanced Trench Technology Power MOSFETs

Diotec Semiconductors Advanced Trench Technology Power MOSFETs feature low on-state resistance and fast switching time. These MOSFETs components are available in standard commercial/industrial grading. The power MOSFETs are offered as N, P, or dual N+P channel types in single, dual, and H bridge configurations.
