LD30 PBR IO-Link Smart Photoelectric Laser Sensors

Carlo Gavazzi LD30 PBR IO-Link Smart Photoelectric Laser Sensors offer a sensing distance of 100mm, 300mm, or 600mm, compact housing, and a highly flexible multifunction design. These sensors feature background and foreground suppressions, have a focused visible red laser beam of ø1mm, and are specified to Laser class 1, ensuring they're capable of detecting small objects at long distances or close to a background. LD30 sensors not only offer numerous IO-Link smart options but also have five unique application functions: dual detection, pattern recognition, speed and length, divider, and object and gap monitoring. Carlo Gavazzi LD30 Sensors are available in two housing styles: AISI3 16L stainless steel with IP69K and ECOLAP approvals and an ABS plastic version with IP67 approval.

LD30 IO-Link Time of Flight Photoelectric Sensors

Carlo Gavazzi LD30 IO-Link Time of Flight Photoelectric Sensors offer background suppression based on the Time of Flight (ToF) sensing principle. With a sensing range of up to 1000mm for both black and white objects, the background suppression has been increased four times compared to previous versions in a very compact housing. The IO-Link connections enable the read-out of the actual sensing distance, among other attributes. The family consists of four sensor types in stainless steel AISI316L housings, and every sensor can be configured in more than half a million combinations.
