IP67 Sealed Cable Assemblies

Amphenol RF Sealed Cable Assemblies are TNC and SMA assemblies providing IP67 protection against dust and moisture and constant 50Ω impedance. The TNC assemblies feature threaded miniature connectors that are weatherproof and offer a frequency range of DC to 11GHz. The TNC threaded coupling interface does not de-couple during intense vibration. The TNC assemblies offer versatility and durability. The SMA semi-precision, high-frequency connectors are sub-miniature and offer reliable broadband performance. The SMA assemblies are available in between-series and in-series configurations and include flexible and semi-rigid (hand-conformable) cable types. Amphenol RF SMA assemblies on semi-rigid cables offer DC to 18GHz and assemblies using flexible cables perform up to 12.4GHz, with both cable types offering low reflection.

Waterproof IP67 Sealed Solutions

TNC & RP-TNC Cable Assemblies

Amphenol RF TNC and RP-TNC Cable Assemblies offer a DC to 18GHz frequency range, 50Ω impedance, and are available in lengths from 50mm to 300mm. These assemblies are designed on micro-coax cable types and feature maximum flexibility and secure mating to ultraminiature interfaces. The micro-coax termination can be easily routed within an enclosure to mate with the appropriate AMC or AMC4 PCB or adapter interface. Options for these assemblies come in four types: TNC to AMC, RP-TNC to AMC, TNC to AMC4, and RP-TNC to AMC4. Amphenol RF TNC and RP-TNC Cable Assemblies are ideal for applications with space restraints such as the Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructure and consumer devices.

AMC Connectors & Cable Assemblies

Amphenol RF Micro Coaxial (AMC) Connectors and Cable Assemblies are designed for use in applications with 50Ω impedance requirements. Amphenol RF AMC Connectors feature a low profile of 2.5mm off the board and an extremely small board footprint of 3mm x 3mm. Amphenol Connex RF Fixed Length Cable Assemblies offer miniature RF connectors with bayonet coupling mechanism which provides quick connect and disconnect. The cable assemblies feature impedance of 50 Ω and 75 Ω to allow customers to match impedance to system requirements and connectors are intermateable to ensure non-destructive mating.
