SECO-1KW-MCTRL-GEVB Evaluation Board

onsemi SECO-1KW-MCTRL-GEVB Evaluation Board is a complete reference design for three-phase motor drives that feature an NFAQ1060L36T Intelligent Power Module (IPM). This evaluation board features a 230VAC input voltage and delivers up to 850W. The SECO-1KW-MCTRL-GEVB evaluation board includes EMC filtering, a rectification stage, an interleaved two-channel PFC, auxiliary power supplies, a three-phase inverter, measurement, and protection. Typical applications include white goods (washing machines), industrial fans, automation, and motor control.
