3M USB3 Vision® Industrial Camera Cable Assemblies are designed for the next generation of machine vision standards, with 5Gbps high-speed communication and compatibility across a wide variety of cameras and equipment. The USB3 Vision standard allows for fixed and dynamic multi-camera configuration and the transmission of high-speed, high-resolution data that can help reduce downtime and waste while offering quality assurance in a factory setting. In addition, USB3 Vision components provide an ideal option for a lower total system cost in industrial product designs where cameras are required. However, one drawback is that systems designed using the USB3 Vision standard are limited by the relatively short transmission distance of the cable assemblies, which is typically 3m to 5m.

1U30G USB3 Vision Industrial Camera Cable Assembly

3M 1U30G USB3 Vision® Industrial Camera Cable Assembly features improved repeated bending durability with long-distance connection. The cable assemblies deliver up to 7m functional cable that offers U-shaped sliding durability greater than 100 million cycles while maintaining high transmission characteristics. The cable assemblies provide USB A and USB Micro-B connectors in straight, upward, downward, left-hand, and right-hand configurations for space-saving and design flexibility. The 1U30G series has locking screws on both ends for added stability. 3M 1U30G USB3 Vision Industrial Camera Cable Assembly is USB 3.0 and USB3 Vision compatible and ideal for machine vision in industrial automation applications.
